WHEN CAN I TOUR THE CLOTH MILL?

Tours are conducted by appointment only. We do conduct tours on Saturday & Sunday when events are not scheduled on those days. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK WEDDINGS & EVENTS?

We book weddings 14 months in advance at The Cloth Mill. We do not conduct tours or book weddings outside of the 14 month range.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE CLOTH MILL ACCOMMODATE?

  • up to 525 people for a seated wedding reception only

  • In the courtyard, 200 people for a seated ceremony

  • 723 people is the venue capacity for events held at The Cloth Mill.

CAN I CHOOSE MY CATERERS?

Yes, you are required to choose from of our exclusive catering list to provide food. We have an exclusive caterer list to ensure that each wedding and event at The Cloth Mill has the best quality food and service for their guests. Contact us for our updated list of caterers.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL FOR MY EVENT?

Yes, we have a full ABC license. We can offer a wide variety of liquor, beer, and wine. There are several packages that we offer featuring beer & wine only, specialty drinks, or full liquor options. You may not bring in your own alcohol. Please contact us to get a personalized bar proposal for your event.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST TO HOST A WEDDING AT THE CLOTH MILL?

Most weddings at The Cloth Mill for 100-175 guests spend an average of $22,000-$50,000 on their entire wedding. Cost will vary based on food & beverage selections, décor selection, and vendor packages. In-house decor options with huge savings are available in a separate contract proposal. We can also offer vendor referrals for Ministers, DJ, Photographers, and other entertainment features.

IS THERE A PLACE FOR US TO GET READY?

Yes, we have 2 elegantly appointed dressing suites with ample soft seating, mirrors, and a private bathroom.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL OF THE CLOTH MILL FOR MY WEDDING?

Tables and chairs for 250 guests, unique outdoor courtyard, market lights, 2 dressing suites, 10 hours of venue access, 3 custom portable bars, catering prep kitchen, and character, uniqueness, privacy, and ample free parking!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK MY DATE?

We require a signed rental contract with a 50% deposit of the standard rental fee to secure your event date.
